AUTO DAMAGE ASSISTANT - TUCSON, AZ

GEICO is currently looking for a self-motivated candidate to be the Auto Damage Assistant for GEICO in the Tucson, AZ area.

Opportunity

This position will be reporting to the Director of Auto Damage.  The primary duties of the position are: Prepare and distribute various reports on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis, Maintain the Auto Damage Directors Calendar and daily support functions.  This position does require advance computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and utilization of the Internet.  Must be able to have the ability to handle a heavy workload on multiple projects at once. 

 

A candidate for this position would posses excellent proof reading abilities, highly organized, excellent with confidential information, self-starter and the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.  College degree is preferred
