Qualifications

Proven written, verbal, business communication and customer relation skills with a strong emphasis in the ability to provide a calming affect with uneasy customers. Minimum 1-year previous experience in a customer service environment. Ability to work independently and use good judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Key Duties

Prepares correspondence, responds to inquires and fulfills cardholder and Financial Institution needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Daily Monitoring of the Extra & Signature Awards Mailbox
Daily GCA & Gift Redemptions & Rebates
Maintain Financial Institution brochure and catalog stock
Monitoring reports for accuracy and exceptions and resolving any exceptions with the customer or vendor including
? Weekly Vendor Reconciliation
? Monthly Vendor Reconciliation
? Monthly Financial Institution Billings
? Monitoring of the Awards Monthly Maintenance Files
Brochure Reorders and Catalog orders
