Advanced Lipo Dissolve Center (ALDC) is a comprehensive approach to providing the latest and most advanced scientific procedures and therapies for the permanent dissolution of unwanted fat and cellulite.  ALDC was formed by a group of specialized doctors, medical practitioners and investors in June of 2005 in St. Louis, Missouri.  Plans are now underway to open centers in Kansas City, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Denver, Atlanta and Indianapolis, with the first three expansion centers open by mid-2006.

ALDC Corporate in St. Louis, MO is currently seeking a Receptionist/Customer Care Specialist, reporting to the Administrative Director for our Scottsdale, AZ location. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

? Greet Patients

? Print out schedule for front desk, nurses station, Clinical Director and Doctors

? Verify all charts are ready for the day

? Verify all paperwork is completed prior to appointment

? Review any notes that may be attached to chart

? Collection initial payment when noted or at patients first appointment

? Enter patient information in the computer

? Schedule appointments

? Answer Telephone

? Make Coffee

? Monitor supplies/forms

Qualifications:

? Professional appearance/demeanor

? Excellent communication skills

?  Intermediate to advanced skills to Microsoft Word and Excel

?  Medical background a plus

? Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude

? 2-5 years previous experience in a professional/office environment

? Must be comfortable, confident dealing with the public and employeesProfessional appearance/demeanorTeam player who is equally comfortable working independentlyMust have outstanding initiative and ability to perform with little supervision
