Job Purpose

 

We are looking for an Academic Administrator with 2-3 years of experience.  You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with faculty.  You will coordinate and participate in a range of activities working independently and as part of a team. 

 

 

Duties

 Process, compile, and maintain paperwork and information  Initiate and resolve operational request actionsClearly inform and service clients and staff

 

Qualifications

 Good organizational skills are required.  Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are a must.  Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets to manage communication and work flow.  Experience with student information systems is a plus.  Ability to follow University policies and procedures balanced with the ability to apply good independent judgment is necessary.   Must have the ability to Multi-taskMust possess a positive and can-do attitude

Educational Background

 

Bachelor?s degree preferred.
