Account Coordinator

Ventura, California

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the selected candidate will act as a liaison between sales consultants, customers and office staff. Other responsibilities include coordinating the processing and editing of listings and contracts, as well as trafficking advertisements from inception to completion.

 

Primary Duties:

? Assumes total responsibility for the needs/requirements of assigned Sales Consultant teams.

? Responds to voicemail and email messages each morning and checks back frequently throughout the day.

? Handles incoming calls and other office tasks.

? Researches listing, advertising and commission issues.

? Processes listings, contracts and advertising.

? Provides customer assistance as needed.

? Assists in proofing process for listings and ad reservations.

? Tracks quantities of processed listings, contracts, etc.

? Prepares materials for Sales Consultants.

? Provides completed statistical data for reports.

? Other duties as assigned.

 

This position requires a Bachelor?s degree, or 1-2 years? related experience and/or training, or equivalent. Must possess good math and computer skills (i.e. word processing, Excel spreadsheets, email, content management, and proprietary databases).
