Account Manager

Customer Service Specialist

You'll be the person our collections professionals count on for critical information to resolve account and portfolio issues. Collections employees, Legal Outsourcing, Consumer Relations, agencies and buyers will turn to you for analysis, audits of files, managing databases, and to identify, track and process payments. This role is a unique mixture of factual data analysis and interpersonal relationship management.

 

Requirements include 1-2 years' experience in customer service, public relations, analysis or a related field; excellent negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills; a high degree of analytical and decision-making abilities; comfort level dealing with upper management; computer proficiency (MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel); and a bachelor's degree. IBM iSeries and A/R or A/C experience a plus.
