Account Manager / Collections Associate

Account Manager / Collections

Rent-a-Rim is seeking aggressive, motivated, conscientious account management and collections associates to service customers in the Tampa Bay area.  Rent-a-Rim values its customers, so an ability to provide excellent customer service is a must.  Account Managers must also be able to be bulldogs and pursue collections aggressively.

 

Account Manager / Collections duties are varied, but includeApplication verificationRegular interaction with customersSkip-tracingCalls to delinquent customersManagement of written correspondence with delinquent customers (late notices, demand letters, etc.)Outside work in the Tampa Bay area to leave door tags and letters at customers? residencesCoordination of repossession runs

 

Applicants must be comfortable using a computer and have a professional phone presence.  Collections experience and a clean driving record is a must.  Customer service experience is a plus.  An ability to be level-headed and proactive when dealing with customers is a requirement.

 

Pay is salary, commensurate with experience, plus incentives.

 

Store Manager

Rent-a-Rim is seeking experienced retail store managers for its Tampa location.  This position will be responsible for running the store and managing a number of part-time and full-time employees.  Customer service abilities are essential, as is an ability to manage a diverse workforce.  Decision-making and communications skills are highly valued in this position.

 

Store Manager duties are varied, but includeCommunicating sales goals to employees and motivating employees to meet those goalsDelegation of store tasks to appropriate associatesHanding escalated customer service issuesManaging collections through the store?s Account Manager / Collections AssociateReporting of store progress to a Regional ManagerEnsuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to by store employeesHiring, disciplining and terminating store employees when necessary

 

Applicants must have at least two years? experience managing a retail store, be comfortable using a computer, and be professional and motivated.  Wheel and tire experience is helpful, but not necessary.

 

Pay is salary, commensurate with experience, plus incentives.
