Account Services Support Specialist

The Account Services Support Specialist will provide the administrative, organizational, and clerical support necessary to help achieve the company sales goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include: Assist in processing proposals/orders for new and renewing customers. Coordinating all post sales activities and interdepartmental communications, including but not limited to invoicing. Address customer service issues related to existing business. Communicate accurately and promptly to phone inquiries and emails from customers. Assist in the maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) databases, including entering prospects and ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

The successful candidate will be an energetic effective communicator who is able to excel in an independent environment and posses the following skills/background:
? Administrative background in sales
? High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) required
? Experience in Salesforce.com
? Experience with QuickBooks preferred
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
? Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
