We are seeking to fill an Account Set Up Representative located in our Lakewood, CO location. The main purpose of this position is to integrate new contracts into standard operations while analyzing the contract for efficient service delivery. This position will review request forms for completeness and accuracy. They will order and confirm shipment/accuracy of drug testing forms. Candidates will coordinate collection site matches with clinic groups and set up accounts in our various systems as required. Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in an office environment, preferably in meeting facilitation and project management. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills required. They must be able to act independently, maintain schedules, and demonstrate analytical/problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. Experience in the drug testing industry, background investigations, and/or knowledge of the Department of Transportation and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulation helpful, but not required.
