ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a company headquartered in Atlanta.

Privately-held company with retail locations throughout the U.S.

This position supports the Finance area in many ways.Will be responsible for organizing and filing bank statements and information regarding sales taxes for all locations throughout the country. Will have contact with customers when questions arise about their accounts. Responsible for preparing daily deposits. General administrative support for the Finance Department.

REQUIRED: experience with Excel and Word. MUST have held an administrative position in an Accounting/Finance area within another organization. Must have at least 3 years of administrative, support experience. DOCUMENT IMAGING AND DATA LIBRARIES A PLUS.
