Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant, Administrative Assistant

 

We are seeking a talented Accounting Clerk and Administrative Assistant who enjoys challenging responsibilities in our modern office and manufacturing environment.

 

Report to the Accounting Manager, the candidate will be fully responsible for important office and accounting functions. 

 

? Handle all account receivable ensuring all customers pay on time

? Handle all account payable tasks ensuring that all vendors are paid on time

? Set up new customers and assist in approving credit

? Handle front desk & route all phone calls ensuring highest interaction experience possible for customer, guests, vendors.  (Low phone call environment).

? Coordinate Company events and functions.

? Expense report & Credit card reconciliation

? Collect /enter data, run various regular reports, per instructions of CEO & management

? Use Word/Excel/Powerpoint to create letter and forms.

? Assist CEO, Managers and Sales Department will administrative tasks

 

We will consider candidates who possess the following:

 

? High school degree and some college studies.

? Minimum 5 years experience in accounting and administrative assistant.

? Broad knowledge of A/R & A/P functions and related procedures.

? Working knowledge of general accounting functions.

? Demonstrated good front office management experience and possess great people skills ? telephone call handling, guest and employee relations.

? Independent, demonstrated ability to handle multiple task, solve problems, establish priorities

? Computer efficiency ? Intermediate level in MS office and accounting software

? Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with people at all levels and functions inside and outside the company
