Accounts payable, accounts receivable, entry level ? get your career started!

 

You have experience putting customer invoices and vendor bills into QuickBooks. You make calls to customers regarding aging accounts, and answer vendor inquiries about credits and payments.

 

You are accurate, quick, focused, optimistic, looking to be busy so that the day flies by. You pitch in to help where needed.

 

You?re used to reporting to, and taking direction from the controller. You?ve worked in a small business environment before. You like the variety that comes with cross supporting other administrative positions and getting to know all of the company?s managers.

 

You are looking to join a team where your ability to do an excellent job will be appreciated, and where you can increase your skills administratively.

 

You like working in an established, small, growing, profitable, privately held business, where your input will be noticed. Your opportunity to grow will be in direct relation to your desire and commitment to learn and expand your role.

 

Compensation ranges from $12 - $16 / hour, based on experience, plus benefits, pension and opportunity for bonus.
