Accounts Payable

If you enjoy working in a friendly, fast paced environment where you can organize and manage your day, this might be the opportunity you have been looking for. You will be the person responsible for all accounts payable activity in our growing company. Responsibilities include: auditing invoices and payment terms for accuracy, account reconciliation with vendors, GL coding and entry of invoices and expenses, weekly check runs, and establishment/maintenance of vendor files. As we continue to grow, opportunity for expanded responsibilities will be available, which may include supervising additional AP staff. Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration with minimum of two (2) years accounts payable experience preferred.
