 Below are some basic requirements/job responsibilities of the position:

 

*50% of this job is Accounts Payable

 
A/P experience is required
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
Payroll experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Answers telephone and provides information/assistance
Compiles and types statistical reports using Microsoft Excel
Compiles routine correspondence and memoranda using Microsoft Word
Monitors and orders office supplies for multiple locations
Establishes and maintains filing system
Verifies and tracks all aspects of daily banking from multiple locations
Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
