Accounts Payable Processor

You will be Matching and processing a heavy volume of inventroy-related invoices and credit memos, auditing them for accurate pricing/shipping qualities. Troubleshoot invoice and store receiver discrepancies with our stores or vendors. Reconcile invoices to vendor statements. Submit vendor and/or freight claims as needed. Prepare payments according to established vendor terms. Collect on outstanding returns and pricing/shipping claims. Assist employees and vendors by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.

Position Requirements:

Excellent word processing skills, Including accurate alpha and numeric data entry, 10 key by touch and minimum typing speed of 35wpm, computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, Excellent mathematical, communication, organizational, detailed-oriented and problem solving skills, Capable of providing professional customer service.
