Accounts Receivable/Accounting Clerk/Ad Traffic Manager/Office Manager

Included in the responsibilities are client invoicing and account receivable management as well as financial reporting to the Chamber of Commerce. Experience in account receivable management and Quickbooks are required. The selected candidate must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and follow through with projects. This position will entail interaction with not only important Clients but also with the Chamber of Commerce and the corporate office. The job also requires administrative assistant duties including all types of correspondence, scheduling, follow-up letters to advertisers, mileage/expense reports, mailing of media kits and responding to all requests for information related to advertising throughout the year.
