Accounts Receivable Coordinator - East Bay Express

The East Bay Exprss is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Responsibilities include working closely with management, sales staff and clients on billing, management reporting, and assisting in ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service oriented environment within an accounts receivable role.

 

Must have collections experience. Candidate must be extremely detailed oriented. Strong Excel and general computer skills required. Ability to work efficiently and with minimal direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-oriented, sales-driven environment required. A degree in accounting preferred.
