Description

 

Enter customer names and addresses (Bill-To and Ship-To addresses), changes to address, implement price changes, and perform other external customer support related assignments.  Enter records in recurring billing batches. Set up rates on the billing system (currently HP Billing System), including tiered pricing and minimums at the product or Bill-To level.  Receive billing requests and match to customer contracts received from Sales/Contract Adminiistrator.  Verify all contracts sent are received and entered for billing each month.  Research CSS tickets escalated from collection to billing.  Current systems include HP Billing, Oracle AR and Order Management.  Moving to PeopleSoft AR and Contracts effective 30-Jun-2006.

 

Qualifications

 

High School or GED, with aptitude for math and organization.  1-2 years billing or accounting experience working in a professional team.  Experience using PeopleSoft or Oracle AR a plus.  Must have intermediate Excel skills.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
