Salary: From 12.50 to 13.50 USD per hour

Position Description: Working on behalf of the company to recover debt from clients. Initiate contact with customer and effectively communicate the importance of payment. Accurately research accounts, establish leverage, resolve disputes, and process accounts receivable paperwork in accordance with the clients system. Provide solutions to debtor and assist with structuring payment plans. Review financial and credit data to make business decisions within scope of work.

Position Requirements:

1-2 years of experience. Formal training in collections industry and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act regulations.
