Admin Assist I/Mailroom/Receptionist

 

 

Acosta is North America's largest full-service sales and marketing agency providing outsourced sales, merchandising, marketing and promotional services to manufacturers in the consumer packaged goods industry. We are currently seeking a full time associate to provide general clerical support including reception desk  relief and the coordination of a variety of  mail room functions in our Pleasanton, CA office.

 

Job responsibilities for this position include: Coordination of mail as it is received, distributed and mailed out of the office;  Maintaining the flow of copy projects for the sales support staff; Managing office supply orders, distribution and storage; Assuring the working condition of office copiers, printers and fax equipment, Providing back up to the warehouse coordinator, and providing reception desk relief.   

 

We are looking for candidates with previous experience answering phones in a professional sales environment, coordinating mailroom functions, and maintaining copier, fax and printer equipment.  Computer skills in MS Word and Excel are necessary, as are strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.  A valid driver?s license is required, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
