Admin Assistant

PART TIME POSITION - (Individuals looking for Full-Time, please do not apply)

 

Position Summary:  This position requires excellent customer service skills, in support of our executive members. This is a Part-Time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours work commitment per week.  Office hours are to be negotiated between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  May occasionally require more than 20 hours per week.



Essential Functions:  Answering office phones, reception duties as required, maintaining an organized and professional office environment, ordering of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment systems, coding of project and office related invoices, creating general letters of correspondence, memos, project directory updates, copying and binding of reports as required in a Microsoft Word environment. 

 

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service aptitude, ability to multi-task in a changing and growing environment, good working knowledge of office equipment, printers, copiers, fax machines.  Ability to work independently with little or no dierction.  A high school degree or equivalent is required and a minimum of seven years previous clerical experience in a professional office environment.
