Job Description

Consistently work to provide exceptional customer service to senior Sales management team, Philips and our customers. Coordinate complex travel arrangements. Utilize Philips Travel System ?Simply Go?. Coordinate of complex meetings. Special project support as needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings as requested. Submits timely and accurate expense reports. Collect and sort mail/email. Screen incoming calls and send appropriate messages to voicemail or pass along detailed message via email. Schedule regular 1-on-1 meetings with the managers to review questions, issues, projects, etc. Coordinate sales and other general meetings, including but not limited to communicating the agenda, recording the minutes and distributing them in the format defined by management.

Requirements

5+ years proven progressive administrative experience. 3-5 years experience supporting senior level executives. Experienced in office administrative procedures and managing appointment schedules. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Follows instructions, responds to management direction and commits to doing the best job possible. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and includes appropriate people in decision making process. Ability to manage confidential information. Inspires respect and trust and reacts well under pressure. Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and integrates changes smoothly. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
