Admin Assistant-Front Desk

Position Description: Fast-growing Lincoln business needs to add Front Desk position. Requirements: Exceptional phone manner and customer service skills, type at least 50 wpm. Professional demeanor and team player. Previous front desk and phone coverage experience. This position will provide desk support in Lincoln for a progressive firm that provides technical support to medical and dental practitioners. Assist clients, maintain records, forms and track progress of accounts.

Position Requirements:

* Ability to answer multi-line phones quickly and professionally
* Type at least 50 wpm, extremely PC literate
* Professional demeanor and team player
* Previous front desk and admin assistant experience
