1. Preform full range of executive and administrative duties in support of senior management team
2. Answer incoming calls/correspondence, responding independently when appropriate
3. Prepare expense reports, reconcile credit card statements, open and sort mail, file, copying, and other general administrative functions
4. Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
5. Plan and schedule meetings, events and appointments
6. Purchase and control office supplies
7. Research on the internet
8. Provide training and orientation for new staff
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience supporting senior level executives
2. Able to multi-task, take initiative and work indepentently
3. Strong administrative, organizational and time-management skills
4. Result and detail oriented
5. Proficent in Microsoft Office
6. Professional demeanor
7. A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever positive, get-it-done attitude
