This position is a fast-paced, challenging role in which your primary role will be to support the Head Coach. You will also assist the departmental Administrative coordinator and cultural champion of the region office.


Approx. Salary is $37k-40k


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
* High School diploma required. College degree preferred.
* 4+ years admin exp supporting the Executive level
* Experience working in a Finance, HR or Marketing department is a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in word processing, presentation/graphics, spreadsheets, and email (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Outlook).
* Ability to edit and proofread communications, ensuring grammatical correctness. Attention to detail is critical.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills required, including professional telephone skills.
* Must be highly organized and have the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
* Flexibility, high-energy level, drive for results, and strong follow-through skills are highly valued.
* "Do whatever it takes" mentality to get the job done


RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
* STRONG PROFICIENCY IN EXCEL
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Calendar management in Outlook
* Schedule and plan meetings and telephone conferences
* Coordinate travel and logistics
* Take an active role in organizing and planning team off-sites
* Partner with the Head Coach by consistently being a team player/consensus builder
* Independently update and distribute all reports on a regularly scheduled basis and maintain various databases
* Assist in the management of territories: help with expense reports and invoices
* Responding to inquiries
* Help with facility service coordination (phone, computer, fax, shipping, document storage on-and off-site)
* Customer Focused to both our internal and external customers
* Supporting field teams and putting our Restaurant Teams First
