RAC National Product Service, a leader in consumer electronics repair, is seeking dedicated and qualified Administrative Assistants/Data Entry Clerks in our state of the art facility.

The position involves handling incoming calls, providing clerical and logistic support, generating and processing service orders, maintaining shuttle sheets, assisting with customer and vender merchandise follow up, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports, as well as, performing parts room duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have knowledge on Microsoft products (i. e. Word, Excel, etc.), excellent data entry skills with at least 14,000 ksph, accurate typing skills with a minimum of 55 wpm, effective written and oral communication skills, professional appearance and the ability to multi-task. Previous relative experience in an office environment is required.
