Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II for our Washington, DC office to answer our phones, greet clients, and provide general office support to our real estate professionals. This is a great position for someone with solid software skills, a cheerful personality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
Primary responsibility for receptionist desk, greeting clients and processing mail.
Preparing proposals, presentations, marketing flyers, charts, letters and special projects using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop and industry-specific software.
Providing Accounts Payable support.
Maintaining good relationships with clients and employees.
Providing copying, faxing, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and other assignments as necessary.
Job Requirements:
An AA degree or 2-4 years of administrative office experience.
Proficient skill level in Word, Excel and Photoshop.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Previous real estate experience a plus.
