We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of experience to support company director, manager, and team of analyst for a property management company.

Requirements for position:

Capable of starting and completing special projects

Proficient in Powerpoint, MS Word, and Excel

Experience with Visio would be very beneficial but is not required

Excellent communication skills

Must be motivated, energetic, proactive, creative self starters

Good judgment and sound reasoning

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Exceptional organizational skills.

Location: Downtown Fort Worth Area

Salary: 30K

Hours: M-F 8:30-5:30 with some overtime
