The Administrative Assistant supports the Asset Management group.  This position is responsible for maintaining the files of the Asset Management department, database integrity, and to help support all other aspects of the department.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:General clerical support including copying and distribution of incoming mail Researching and documenting property ownership changes Accurate use and input of data in the real estate data base (SiteSeer) and Access database Ongoing project support including verbal and written communication Filing Tracking of the Lease files Maintaining/ordering the department supplies General office/clerical duties

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum Education:  High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum experience:  2-3 years Administrative experience

Required Skills:

Real Estate knowledge a plus

Good verbal and written communication

Proficient in Word, Excel and Access

Ability to organize and prioritize

Multi-task oriented
