Job Responsibilites:

Answer phones
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Customer Estimates and Invoicing
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Financial Packets
Front End and Back End Updates
Project Assistance

Minimum Qualifications:

?
Proficient in Quickbooks
Advanced, working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
Typing 50 WPM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Associates Degree

?

Preferred Qualifications:

?
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point
Bachelors Degree
