We are currently seeking, a full-time permanent career-level administrative assistant for our Redwood City office.

 

Job Summary

?Answer, screen and direct all incoming telephone calls.

?Prepare and edit correspondence, presentation materials and reports

?Copy, assemble and compile presentations and reports 

?  Provide general office support (e.g. maintain databases, coordinate mailings, send faxes, maintain filing system, prepare travel schedules, coordinate and confirm meetings, conference calls and occasional events)

?Greet visitors in a courteous & professional manner

?  Pick, up, sort and distribute faxes and mail

?Oversee operation of general office machines

?Maintain inventory and place orders for all office supplies

?Complete additional projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements

? A minimum of 2 years administrative experience is required.  Finance industry experience is preferred but not essential.

?  Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must. 

?  Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multiple-task environment. 

? Superb written and interpersonal communication skills. 

?   Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. 

? Ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities. 

? Excellent phone skills.
