Description

Ability to manage multiple requests and tasks independently and efficiently and to meet various deadlines simulateneously. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to managing calendar/scheduling meetings. Telephone and e-mail communications as well as significant interaction with senior management and customers. Completing travel arrangement and expense reports. Preparing presentations using MS Office Products. General office administrative functions including, making copies, faxing, distributing, ordering supplies, attendance record keeping and other miscellaneous functions. 

Ability to work independently. Proficiency in personal computer applications Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills a must. Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and ability to work under deadline pressures.



3-5 years Administrative/Secretarial experience required. Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment. Analytical skills and data evaluation abilities a must. Strong interpersonal and communications (oral and written) skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, extremely well-organized and dedicated professional . Project management ability and/or experience a plus. Must be able to work with limited supervision; self-starter. Must be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Any database experience and knowledge is a plus. Proficient in Outlook and Blackberry operations. Knowledge of banking, community development and the non-profit sector is a plus.  B.A./B.S. degree preferred but not required. in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
