Administrative Assistant/Client Services Representative-Pleasanton

The Mutual Fund Store is a fee-based investment advisory firm headquartered in Kansas City. As an organization we currently manage over $2 billion for our clients through 42 locations across the United States.  Due to our continued growth we are looking to add an Administrative Assistant/Client Services Manager to the staff in our Pleasanton, California location.

 

Our competitive advantage is our national radio program, The Mutual Fund Show and is a critical component to the success our organization.  Hosted each Saturday morning by our Founder and CIO, Adam Bold, delivers a consistent stream of new prospects to each location.  Archived shows can also be heard via the internet by visiting www.mutualfundshow.com. Our weekly radio program and radio advertising generates all of our new client appointments.  We air the show locally in the Greater San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose market on NewsTalk Radio KSFO 560AM from 9:00AM ? 10:00AM on Saturday mornings.

 

We are searching for a professional client oriented individual with strong communication and administrative skills to support the Managing Partner.  This individual should be self directed, detailed and entrepreneurial minded.  The right candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of ACT software will be considered a plus.

 

The position includes a starting base salary in the 30?s, medical benefits, retirement plan and paid vacations.
