Ajilon's top property management/construction client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant on a temp-to-hire basis. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assist Project Manager through administrative support:

  The management and coordination of projects; Travel Planning; Document   management, including creating, editing, and production of vital documents; Answering department phones and assisting customers; Word Processing.



Operational Functions:

  Create and edit vendor contracts.  Reconcile invoices to match established contracts prior to submitting billing to the corporate accounting division.  In errors occur contact vendors to correct.  Process order requests

 

Requirements:

Experience in construction, property management, facilities or real estate are required

Contract and Vendor experience necessary

Proficient knowledge and ability to utilize following software: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Basic Accounting experience and accounting database experience is a plus

3 + years of Administrative Assistant experience
