Job Description
Essential Skills
Primary duties involve providing administrative to the Corporates group. This support would entail arranging internal meetings, scheduling interviews, and conference calls both domestically and internationally. For client and recruiting meetings, coordination with various departments like Human Resources and the Conference Center also involved. The ideal candidate will possess experience working on short and long term projects, travel coordination (domestic and international); preparing agendas and materials related to meetings and conferences and travel. Responsibilities include, processing expense reports, filing, customer service, (internal and external); preparing outgoing correspondence and conference material; maintaining the department calendar, tracking group attendance and providing telephone coverage both to the group and as backup to administrative team members. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, five years or more experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a busy, multi-professional environment; intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Access and Visio a plus. Candidate must have the ability to work within a time-sensitive environment, be proactive, be able to handle confidential material, have high level of attention to detail, and good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of business English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation, the ability to learn new tasks and software as required, ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with supervising personnel, coworkers, and business professionals, ability to project a positive concerned image to clients and coworkers, and must understand the importance of trust, confidentiality, and accuracy.
