Responsibilities:

u Provide administrative support to regional key account manager

u Provide in depth client service

u Liaison between clients and home office

u Provide support for key account projects

u Create great looking documents and reports in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

u Work cohesively within national employer market group

 

Qualifications:

You?re an administrative pro.  You have top notch Microsoft Office skills.  You?re highly organized and extremely detail oriented.  What you want is an opportunity to be recognized as an integral member of a professional team. You love serving customers and people often comment on your warm professional phone presence.  You have a ton of energy and enjoy a fast paced environment.  If you have a securities 7, 6, 63 license and/or a California insurance license it would be a plus.  3+ years administrative experience requested.
