Administrative Assistant, Entry Level (Resort Development) - Redmond, WA
JOB SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinates administrative office activities to include new hire processing and maintenance, spiff accounts, petty cash reconciliation, office supply maintenance, and other misc. duties assigned. 50%
The Administrative Assistant assists Manager with filing, compilation of statistics, communications and maintaining current and accurate information about the Department. 30%
Provide support to Regional Administration staff with other duties assigned. 10%
Fulfill adhoc requests in support of various department requests.
Examples include data research, spiff contests, preparation of documents for marketing and sales activity. 10%

The requirements listed below are a representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to perform these duties successfully. Word and Excel literate
Ability to be detailed, accurate and thorough
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Handles multiple assignments and projects effectively
Self-motivated to set priorities and work with limited direction
Self motivated with strong organizational skills.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 1.5-2 years experience in administrative support reporting to Regional Manager.
Entry level or some experience in accounts payable/ receivable, and/or invoice processing.
Entry level or some experience in reports (application and forms) processing.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree in administration, entry level accounting, or 1.5 to 2 years related education and training; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
COMMUNICATION/INTERACTION:
Interacts effectively with all levels of management and employees
Good verbal and written communications skills
