Our goal is to find an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to our Canton Production Facility to:

Handle routine correspondence for Mgmt staff
Organize and maintain filing system
Assist with processing personnel paperwork
Prepare production reports

JOB SUMMARY

Relieves Plant Manager of clerical and administrative work by performing the following duties.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position working in our production facility. Overtime may be required during production periods. Typical work hours are between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, M-F.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Handles routine correspondence for Plant Manager and organizes/maintains file system and files correspondence and other records
Assists with processing new hire paperwork for part-time plant personnel
Assists with the preparation of timesheets and submission necessary records to Payroll/Human Resources
Prepares various reports and completes projects as necessary
Performs all duties in a safe manner and complies with MailSouth's safety policies at all times.

Experience and Skills:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
