Fast-paced professional office seeks a person to support classic administrative duties. Responsibilities include typing, filing, greeting clients, answering multi-line switchboard, coordinating food services, miscellaneous errands. Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-TH, and 9 AM to 5 PM Fridays.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and client friendly. Presents a professional appearance to clients and the general public at a "front desk" environment.
