Job Duties:

 

Receptionist: lobby phone and office guestsMaintain internal Phone directoryRequest timecards from employees and submit to TucsonCustomer service ?interactions with customers via phone, e-mail, or in personSubmit Sales Order acknowledgements to customersCreate production orders and Report production completePrepare picking list and dispatch notesPrepare packages for shippingShipping: FedEx, UPS, freight, courierDistribute and process mailMaintain Files: Sales Order, PO?s, shippers, receivers, NCMR?s, final inspection, calibration, etc.Process travel arrangements for CM personnel and guestsOffice, Kitchen, and Shipping supplies: inventory, order, receiveProcess Visa cost distributionAssist Purchasing on misc tasksAssist Project Managers on Misc TasksCreate project BOM spreadsheetsHR Duties: distribute or collect information for Corporate, such as headcount report, benefit paperwork, etc.Organize luncheons and company eventsFood and beverages: provide for guests (suppliers, customers, non-CM Zygo personnel)

Manage tape backups for local server

 

Job Skills:

 

Must be computer savvy on MS Office Applications. Strong written and verbal communication.
