Administrative Assistant--Providence Home Services

Providence Home Services, located in Bellevue, Washington, has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for assisting with the tasks necessary to maintain division and/or department efficiencies by providing administrative support and may also provide back-up support for other areas such as front desk, reception and/or switchboard as necessary. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health Systems. Required Skills:
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum one year administrative assistant or receptionist experience in a healthcare setting, 2-3 years preferred
Experience with a multi-line phone system and customer service preferred
Strong communication, organization, customer service and computer skills (MS Office) required
