Administrative Assistant - Human Resources

In this fast-paced Administrative Assistant position based at our office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will provide support for our VP - Employment in our Human Resources department.  The responsibilities of the position are as follows but not limited to:

 

1) Schedule meetings and travel arrangements

2) Prepare statistical reports

3) Type correspondence, memos and letters

4) Maintain file system

5) Extensive telephone contact

6) Strong attention to details and the ability to handle multiple projects is necessary

 

The candidate we seek will fulfill the following requirements but not limited to:

 

1) Associates degree

2) 1-2 years Administrative experience

3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4) Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

5) The ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously is a must

6) Strong attention to detail and accuracy
