General Position Responsibilities:
Administrative Support for Partner, Director, and their teams in the Audit department. Provide standard duties of an Administrative Assistant as well as diversified functions requiring knowledge of office procedures, business practices, and firm standard software. Heavy phone coverage, billing, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Position hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with ability to work overtime.

Candidate Specifications:
High School Diploma and 3-5 years of related experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent technical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
? Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented
? Ability to multi-task in a
fast paced environment
? Strong attention to detail and follow through with important travel arrangements and projects
? Professional attitude and demeanor.
? Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction.

Specific Responsibilities:
Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a professional manner, taking accurate, comprehensive messages.
Compose, produce and edit correspondence, including technical letters, spreadsheets and presentation materials.
Ability to proofread for grammar, content and accuracy.
Utilize Report Processing Group for preparation of client reports and presentations when needed and work on the reproduction of reports
Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for domestic and international business trips.
Handle all aspects of meeting coordination for meetings to be held in domestic and international locations.
Coordinate conference calls.
Prepare invoices, send faxes, print and prioritize emails and other correspondence as
requested.
Assist in creation, management and adjustment of the Firm's project management accounting tool.
Manage incoming mail, sort, read, and act upon appropriately.
Develop and manage a filing and organizational system files for internal and external client data.
Must be able to handle inquiries of a routine nature in absence of partner.
Able to exercise discretion and professionalism when relating to clients, both internal and external.
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion.
Conduct internet and intranet research for inclusion in proposals.
Proactive and creative thinker who is willing to contribute ideas.
Serve as backup administrative support in a team-oriented service environment.
Take initiative to assist others within admin support cluster when needed.
Available to work overtime
