General Position Responsibilities:
Administrative Support for Consulting Partners/Principles/Directors in NJ
This position will require standard duties of an Administrative Assistant, as well as diversified functions requiring knowledge of office procedures, business practices, and firm standard software. Heavy phone coverage, billing, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Candidates must possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Position hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with ability to work overtime. Position is located in the Parsippany, NJ office.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion.
Create, modify, and
manage client engagement information.
Generate reports, prepare invoices, track billings, and collections.
Data Base Management (CRM)
Process time and expense reports.
Conduct internet research as requested.
Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner, obtaining accurate information and follow through on message delivery.
Manage partner/principal/director schedules. Be aware, at all times of how to reach client service professionals.
Schedule meetings and coordinate conference calls.
Maintain group contact information.
Manage email and voicemail distribution lists.
Provide back up assistance for team members.
Prepare memos, letters, and other correspondence as needed, proofreading for grammar, content and accuracy.
Manage incoming mail, sort and act upon appropriately.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Must be able to make effective decisions of a routine nature in absence of internal clients.
Ability to work independently
, with minimal direction.
Candidate Requirements
High School Diploma and a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant demeanor
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other firm standard software
Team player
Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage desk
Attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Willingness and ability to interact with clients
Willingness and ability to take ownership
Strong oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude, strong customer service skills
Performs well under pressure, especially when working to meet a deadline
