General Position Responsibilities:
?
Provide administrative support for 3-4 Partners and at least 3 Senior Managers in the Professional Practice Development Group.? Perform standard duties of an Administrative Assistant, as well as process the Financial Services Industries (Banking, Securities, Investment Companies, Insurance, Real Estate, etc.) documents that must be reviewed.? Hours are from 9:00-6:00, with flexibility for overtime.

Specific Responsibilities:
?
- Support 3-4 Partners, and at least 3 Sr. Managers
- Process large volume of concurring review documents
- Handle sensitive/confidential information with a high level of
discretion ?
- Manage daily schedules, ensuring information and materials are available for travel, meetings and conferences; coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, etc.
- Maintain contact information for each professional in the group
- Establish and maintain national distribution lists, meeting schedules, phone and email
- Organize live meetings (web casts, schedule rooms, meals, budgets, registration, etc.)
????? Bi-weekly calls
????? Evaluations (twice yearly)
????? Partner/Director meetings (quarterly)
????? All-Hands Meeting (annually)
- Track completion of practice-wide documentation requirements (e.g., year-end evaluations, PPD forms, etc.)
????????? Provide administrative support to visiting PPDs.
????????? Assist partners/managers in PCAOB/Practice/Peer review processes.
????????? Provide back-up support for other Administrative Assistants in the cluster and department.

College degree or related experience - at least 5-7 years
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task - excellent time-management skills
- Professional demeanor and self-starter
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow through skills
- Excellent computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Excellent communication skills - spelling and grammar as well as good proofreader.? Should have ability to write/answer correspondence
- Ability to be proactive and involved in executive's business dealings
- Ability to take initiative while being assertive and confident
- Ability to exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary
- Ability to anticipate problems and act accordingly
- Extremely flexible - able to constantly prioritize/reassess
- Must have flexibility to work overtime as required
