Administrative Assistant/Logistics Coordinator

Position Description: Looking to avoid traffic and conserve on gas? If you are bilingual (English and Spanish) with an Associates or Bachelors degree you can live your dream.

Coordinate travel (air and ground transportation), lodging and itineraries for employees traveling to Mexico and Brazil for cross training. Extensive email correspondence therefore grammar, punctuation and spelling skills required. Correspondence will include translating information and documents as well as dealing with different Consulates.



Position Requirements:

Bilingual, Spanish and English

Associates or Bachelors degree

Excellent organization skills

Responsible, mature and dedicated
