The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Process and code all invoices and maintain records and budget trackingServe as liaison to Accounting and business channels with regard to expense allocations and reportingManage calendar, phones and travel for Marketing Management TeamMaintain and administer Marketing Department Polices and ProceduresSupport Marketing department reporting needs and assist in vendor managementMaintain office supplies and support/administrative budgetCoordinate corporate events and communicationsSupport departmental projects and tasks as needed

The qualified candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements:

 Strong organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work efficiently in fast paced environmentSound working knowledge of General Ledger concepts and invoice processingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThree plus years administrative / office management experienceExecutive level support requiredMortgage / Financial Services / Accounting experience preferred Technical skillsIntermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookBasic proficiency in AccessHigh School DiplomaAssociate Degree preferred
