The Constructive Administrative Assistant will report to our AvalonBay Construction Team providing administrative and project management assistance. This individual should be organized, detail orientated, and motivated with exceptional computer skills including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
The role of a Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the Project Superintendent and staff in managing and organizing all aspects of the construction office administration. By assuming responsibility for the many required activities, the Field Administrative Assistant allows the Project Superintendent / Staff to devote more time and attention to the operations management / supervision of the construction project assigned to them.
Required Skills:
Qualified candidates will have an accounting background and be comfortable working with numbers. Any experience with Timberline and Lotus Notes is a bonus. This position will be responsible for processing invoices, contract management, tracking payments, maintaining project files, monthly reporting and various other administrative duties.
