Administrative Assistant - Production Assistant

 

Training will be provided and no experience is required, however, an excellent candidate for this position already knows or, should at least have the ability to learn quickly how to operate laser and rotary engraving and embroidery machinery.

 

He or she will help in the production of personalized gifts and promotional gifts.

 

Candidate must also have good business writing skills, pleasant voice and good phone answering ability. Candidate must have a desire to serve and care for customers.  He or she must have a willingness to carry out new and varied tasks if required. Salary will be commensurate with experience handling crafts machinery such as for embroidery and engraving. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CorelDraw and Photoshop is desirable, but not required.  The right candidate should learn quickly and have initiative.
