Administrative Assistant- Real Estate

With the success and growth of our real estate platform, we are actively searching for a qualified, high energy Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Administrative Assistant: Responsible for general office duties, administrative functions for some of our property management and executive teams.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

? Coordinate travel
? Provide  administrative support functions for the Executive team and/or property management team.
? Manage office accounts, maintenance contracts, and vendor relationships
? Act as purchasing agent for most company purchases including travel, office supplies, business cards, catering, etc?
? Contribute new ideas and suggestions to improve administrative efficiencies and potential cost savings
? Performs all duties and errands as assigned
? Assist with some property management functions

 

 

 REQUIREMENTS

? 5+ years previous office admin experience in a fast paced corporate environment (Ideally in the real estate industry)
? Professional Attire Required
? Proven ability to multi task, appropriately prioritize workflow and complete tasks.
? Advanced skill level with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, E-Mail, Outlook, and Internet.
? Highly customer service oriented, self-starter, and team player with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
? High attention to detail
? Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executive team, team members, clients and general public.
? Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
? Excellent time management skills (schedules, timelines, task prioritization)
